Multaka Residences

AL MADINAH, KSA

KEC Multaqa Residence is strategically located in the Al Mabuth neighborhood of Madinah, directly adjacent to King Abdulaziz Road, one of the city’s primary corridors linking the airport to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. Rooted in Madinah’s legacy as a historic center of Islamic civilization, the development reflects this cultural depth while introducing a modern, integrated residential community within the KEC masterplan.

The project spans a total land area of approximately 149,520 sqm, with a total built-up area of 579,313 sqm and a GFA of 315,186 sqm. It is planned across three phases and five key plots (N25-1, N26-11, N29-12, N30-1, and N30-2), incorporating a cohesive network of podiums, landscaped areas, and open spaces.

The development comprises 1,439 residential units distributed across residential towers and supported by podium-level townhouses. The residential offering is designed to accommodate diverse family needs and is complemented by high-quality communal amenities and integrated services.

Multaqa Residence functions as a community-centric destination, supported by a wide range of amenities, including a mosque with a capacity of 500 worshippers, a community center, and retail spaces totaling approximately 11,930 sqm, in addition to recreational facilities such as swimming pools, gyms, lounges, and landscaped gathering areas.

A comprehensive parking strategy integrates basement and podium solutions designed to accommodate both regular use and seasonal demand fluctuations associated with pilgrimage periods. The development also incorporates extensive landscaped and open spaces of approximately 121,901 sqm, enhancing connectivity, livability, and the overall urban experience.

ENGINEERING APPROACH

Built around the brief

Each ECEC engagement is shaped by the constraints, programme, and ambition of the project itself. From early-stage MEP coordination through to delivery, our work prioritises engineering decisions that serve the design intent and the operator's long-term needs.
