KEC Multaqa Residence is strategically located in the Al Mabuth neighborhood of Madinah, directly adjacent to King Abdulaziz Road, one of the city’s primary corridors linking the airport to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. Rooted in Madinah’s legacy as a historic center of Islamic civilization, the development reflects this cultural depth while introducing a modern, integrated residential community within the KEC masterplan.

A comprehensive parking strategy integrates basement and podium solutions designed to accommodate both regular use and seasonal demand fluctuations associated with pilgrimage periods.
