Royal Atlantis Resort

DUBAI, UAE

ECEC delivered LEED Construction services for the Royal Atlantis Resort, a luxury development on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah. The project comprised a 43-storey hotel tower, more than 200 luxury apartments, and world-class amenities including a spa, fitness center, and restaurants.

To meet the highest environmental and sustainability standards, ECEC implemented key measures such as a Sustainability Implementation Plan, an Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan, and a Construction Waste Management Plan. We also developed inspection and tracking templates for waste management, indoor air quality, and material procurement, with a focus on recycled, regional, and low-emitting materials.

ECEC’s expertise helped ensure the resort met rigorous sustainability benchmarks while delivering a world-class luxury experience.
