Nugoosh Park
One of the standout projects in our ECEC portfolio is a mixed-use development located in the prime neighborhood of Alshati West in Jeddah City. The development comprises a retail mall, office tower, and health clinic tower, with a total built-up area of 126,500 m². Situated on Corniche Road, the project overlooks Jeddah’s Waterfront, offering an enviable location for both residents and businesses.
We were engaged as MEP and ICT design consultants at the concept stage of the project. Our team worked closely with the project stakeholders to deliver comprehensive and sustainable engineering solutions that addressed the project’s unique requirements.
