
Porta Jeddah Hotel
The project is located in the Al Nahda District of north-west Jeddah, along King Abdulaziz Road, opposite Red Sea Mall and near the Jeddah Corniche, on a 47,971 m² site that offers excellent visibility and accessibility. Al-Akaria’s vision is to develop a vibrant mixed-use destination that integrates hospitality, office, retail, and entertainment components, creating a landmark hub that enhances urban vitality and economic growth in the area.
The development comprises a hotel and serviced apartment component with a total gross floor area of approximately 20,005 m², including 183 hotel keys and 55 serviced apartments. It is supported by a range of amenities, including a fitness centre, restaurants, a ballroom, a business centre, a sky lounge, and a rooftop pool. Grade B+ office spaces, along with a retail and food and beverage activation zone (approximately 2,077 m² at ground floor and 1,400 m² at mezzanine level), further enrich the destination, ensuring a dynamic and integrated urban experience.
