The scope of services includes Structural and Civil Engineering, Roadworks, Acoustic Engineering, Fire and Life Safety, MEP Engineering, Infrastructure and Utilities, Traffic Impact Assessment and Parking Management, ICT, AV and Security Systems, Environmental and Sustainability Services, and Architect of Record (AOR) services.
AVANI+ Fujairah is a barefoot-chic lifestyle resort on the UAE’s east coast, where the mountains meet the Gulf of Oman, offering a relaxed yet upscale coastal escape for young travellers, couples, and families. The development features a central hotel with lagoon-facing guestrooms, alongside private pool and beachfront villas ranging from one to five bedrooms, totalling 232 hotel keys and 16 branded residential villas.
Designed with a focus on experience, the resort integrates pools, beach areas, and spa facilities, while the architecture and interiors draw inspiration from local vernacular and Fujairah’s natural landscape. With a gross floor area of approximately 29,700 sqm, a built-up area of 50,300 sqm, and 35,000 sqm of landscaped outdoor space, the masterplan delivers a cohesive, modern, and nature-driven hospitality destination.
