Opera Rehabilitation
The Opera Rehabilitation project in Jeddah, KSA, is a significant development for which ECEC is proud to have provided engineering services. The clinic tower rises over 18 floors, accommodates 200 beds, and has a total built-up area of approximately 30,000 m². ECEC delivered comprehensive MEP and ICT services for the project, with the team working diligently to ensure that all systems were designed to meet the specific needs of the clinic tower, with a strong focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. Our ICT services included the design and implementation of communication and networking systems, as well as the installation of security systems to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
In addition, our MEP services included the design of HVAC systems, electrical power and lighting systems, and plumbing, medical gas, and drainage systems. We ensured that all systems were optimized to maximize energy efficiency and minimize environmental impact, while also meeting the operational needs of the clinic.
