Fairmont Hotel
The Fairmont Bab Al Bahr Hotel is a prestigious landmark luxury hotel located in Abu Dhabi, spanning over 16 floors and featuring 369 guest rooms, multiple restaurants, conference facilities, and leisure amenities. As a member of the ECEC team, Khaled had the privilege of providing complete MEP design services for this iconic hotel.
Working closely with the project stakeholders, Khaled contributed to the development of an MEP design solution that met the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability. His responsibilities included the design and coordination of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and low-voltage systems, as well as sustainability consulting services to help the hotel achieve its energy efficiency and sustainability goals.
The Fairmont Bab Al Bahr Hotel project presented unique challenges, and through his contributions, Khaled was able to apply his technical expertise in MEP design to a complex hospitality project, delivering a solution that met the unique needs of the hotel. This experience has further strengthened his skills in designing and delivering high-quality, reliable, and efficient MEP solutions for complex projects.
Built around the brief
Each ECEC engagement is shaped by the constraints, programme, and ambition of the project itself. From early-stage MEP coordination through to delivery, our work prioritises engineering decisions that serve the design intent and the operator's long-term needs.
