Lime Box Laguna Hotel
Lime Box Laguna Hotel is a three-star hotel located in La Mer, Dubai, featuring 135 rooms, a gym, and restaurants, with a total built-up area of 21,000 m². ECEC was contracted by Amana Group to provide comprehensive MEP and ICT design services, with the design developed in consideration of a concrete modular system.
ECEC’s scope of work included the design of both MEP and ICT systems, taking into account the constraints and requirements associated with the modular construction approach. The MEP systems were designed to optimize energy efficiency while ensuring maximum guest comfort.
