AL AIN NATIONAL HOUSING COMMUNITY
Central to the design is a strong commitment to community engagement, with open spaces providing both passive and active recreational opportunities. These include parks, plazas, sports facilities, and walking and cycling routes, all thoughtfully integrated into the landscape. The Central Dune Park serves as a focal point for relaxation and activity, while evenly distributed centers ensure that essential community amenities are easily accessible to all residents.
Sustainability is at the core of the project, incorporating ecological strategies such as natural wadi beds, bioswales, and permeable paving to support responsible water management. Inspired by the organic forms of the desert, the urban structure features curvilinear pathways and a cohesive layout that harmonizes with the natural environment.
The Al Ain National Housing Community is envisioned as a vibrant and inclusive destination that meets the diverse needs of visitors, professionals, residents, students, and children, with a total of 2,244 units. Blending traditional and modern facilities, the community will feature welcoming downtown centers, places of worship, cultural spaces, and diverse housing options, fostering a strong sense of connection and belonging.
Built around the brief
Each ECEC engagement is shaped by the constraints, programme, and ambition of the project itself. From early-stage MEP coordination through to delivery, our work prioritises engineering decisions that serve the design intent and the operator's long-term needs.
