AL ARIJAH & AL SHARQ INDUSTRIAL
Al Arija & Al Sharq Industrial Estate is being transformed into a vibrant, human-centric destination that blends industrial functionality with community living. The revitalized estate will feature pedestrian and cycling networks coexisting with controlled vehicular movement, complemented by green spaces for relaxation and social interaction.
At its heart, the Community Spine will guide residents to the Mosque Community Plaza, offering a variety of eateries, shaded seating areas, and play spaces. The Central Park Zone will serve as a communal hub for events such as farmers’ markets and concerts. The staff accommodation mixed-use building will combine comfort with practicality, featuring residential units and commercial spaces that reflect the industrial character of the estate.
Two mosques—one new and one renovated—will serve as cultural landmarks. The new commercial centre will function as a vibrant hub for shopping and dining, strategically positioned with high visibility from three main roads, reinforcing Al Arija’s identity as a modern, community-focused industrial estate.
Built around the brief
Each ECEC engagement is shaped by the constraints, programme, and ambition of the project itself. From early-stage MEP coordination through to delivery, our work prioritises engineering decisions that serve the design intent and the operator's long-term needs.
