Al Riyadh North Mall
Our ECEC portfolio includes involvement in a retail strip mall project located in North Riyadh City, formerly known as South Shamkha, in Abu Dhabi. The retail strip mall comprises seven restaurants, 14 retail units, and a supermarket, all designed to provide a high-quality shopping and dining experience for visitors.
As the MEP and ICT design consultants for the project, our team was engaged to deliver innovative and sustainable design solutions that addressed the development’s unique requirements. We focused on providing MEP and ICT systems that were efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly, while also meeting the specific needs of the project.
In addition to our work on the retail strip mall, our team also completed a supermarket to be operated by Lulu International, a leading retail chain in the Middle East. We designed MEP and ICT systems to support the supermarket’s operations and ensure a comfortable shopping experience for customers.
