Al Riyadh North Mall
The project involved MEP and ICT design consulting for a retail strip mall in North Riyadh City, Abu Dhabi. The facility comprises seven restaurants, 14 stores, and a supermarket designed to provide quality shopping and dining experiences.
ECEC's team delivered innovative and sustainable design solutions focused on efficient, cost-effective systems meeting specific development needs. The work included MEP and ICT systems that were efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly.
The scope extended to a supermarket operated by Lulu International, where the team designed MEP and ICT systems that supported the supermarket's operations and provided a comfortable shopping experience for customers.
