The Beach Resort is conceived as a refined balance between luxury, tranquility, and sustainability, framed within a holistic approach to health, wellness, and fitness. Designed as a sensory journey, the resort delivers a carefully curated experience through high-quality accommodation, distinctive food and beverage offerings, and thoughtfully integrated leisure facilities. At its core, it offers customized itineraries and immersive experiences that create meaningful moments and transformative stays. Sustainability, conservation, and eco-sensitivity are embedded in both the design philosophy and construction approach, ensuring a responsible yet indulgent hospitality experience.

The resort comprises 110 hotel keys alongside 26 exclusive residential villas. The residential component is envisioned as a private sanctuary, offering generous internal spaces and expansive outdoor living areas. Each villa is set within lush landscaped surroundings, featuring private pools, a high degree of privacy, and a strong sense of exclusivity.

The Beach Resort is uniquely planned to accommodate two distinct experiences: a family-oriented beachfront getaway and a dedicated couples-only enclave. This dual offering enables the destination to cater to diverse lifestyles—welcoming families seeking quality time together while also appealing to affluent couples in search of a serene, romantic escape—creating a destination that is both versatile and highly differentiated.
