Hayat Clubhouses
The project involves the development of three distinct clubhouse typologies within the Golf District, conceived as key community anchors and reference benchmarks for the upcoming Build-Only tender package. Strategically distributed across Zones 5A–5D within Dubai South, these clubhouses form an integrated network of lifestyle destinations designed to enhance community engagement, livability, and long-term asset value. ECEC’s role centers on design coordination and technical integration, ensuring alignment among the Master Planning Consultant, infrastructure systems, and the overall development strategy.
The project is situated within Zones 5A, 5B, 5C, and 5D of Dubai South, with full integration into the masterplan, infrastructure, and public realm. It comprises three clubhouse typologies: a large public clubhouse serving as a landmark lifestyle destination along the Corniche; a medium private clubhouse focused on resident wellness and community use; and a small pool clubhouse providing essential amenities within gated residential areas.
