Our ECEC portfolio includes a large-scale mixed-use project in Riyadh’s Hitteen district, spanning 40,000 m² and comprising a retail mall and office buildings. The retail mall features a modern, functional design with diverse retail outlets, offering a welcoming and easily navigable space for visitors. The office buildings provide spacious, ergonomic interiors with ample natural light, tailored to tenant requirements.
As AOR and TIS consultants, we delivered innovative and sustainable solutions, including a traffic impact study to address potential challenges. This project reflects ECEC’s commitment to high-quality, sustainable design, demonstrating our ability to meet unique development requirements and exceed client expectations.
