Jafza Traders Market
Our ECEC portfolio includes the Jafza Traders Market project, a mega mall located in Dubai’s Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA). Spanning 157,000 m², the development comprises 708 showrooms, 8 coffee shops, and 324 warehouses.
Engaged by the MEP contractor, we provided peer review and value engineering services. Our team ensured that the MEP systems met the project’s unique requirements while optimising efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Through the peer review process, we identified potential issues and recommended appropriate improvements. Our value engineering approach focused on cost reduction without compromising quality, enabling the contractor to deliver high-quality MEP systems that exceeded stakeholder expectations.
This project underscores ECEC’s commitment to delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions that support clients in achieving their objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Built around the brief
Each ECEC engagement is shaped by the constraints, programme, and ambition of the project itself. From early-stage MEP coordination through to delivery, our work prioritises engineering decisions that serve the design intent and the operator's long-term needs.
