The Madinah HUB 1 – Mall project, located on King Abdulaziz Road within Knowledge Economic City (KEC), is a vibrant cultural and commercial landmark in Madinah, covering 4.8 million square meters. The development’s first phase includes key zones such as the Gold Souq, Cinema Zone, and Contemporary Plaza.
The Gold Souq blends traditional Arabian aesthetics with modern elegance through intricate motifs and luxurious finishes. The Cinema Zone offers flexible layouts for entertainment spaces, while the Contemporary Plaza features inviting food and beverage units and open seating areas. Through its seamless integration of heritage and modernity, The Madinah HUB 1 – Mall redefines the shopping and leisure experience in the city.
