MISK CITY D 5 & 14 KINDERGARTENS
The innovative Childcare Centre, located within the vibrant MiSK City, forms part of District 14 and District 05, seamlessly integrating into its surroundings beside the mosque and District Park. Surrounded by townhouses, twin houses, villas, and high-end apartments, it reflects a strong community-focused living environment.
The design features human-centered neighborhoods that promote family values, strong connections between the building and public spaces to create an inviting atmosphere, and smart architectural solutions that respond to harsh climatic conditions, including shading and non-reflective surfaces. It also presents a contemporary interpretation of traditional regional architecture by combining modern technology with cultural heritage, while incorporating thoughtful façade design for privacy and sun protection. Particular emphasis has been placed on entrances, corners, communal spaces, and functional organization.
