MISK CITY DISTRICT 5 RESIDENTIAL
Misk City is the first nonprofit city of its kind, contributing to the goals of the Mohammed Bin Salman Misk Foundation by supporting innovation, entrepreneurship, and the development of future leaders. This is reflected in its internal operational concept, as well as in the opportunities and youth training programs it provides. In addition, the project offers services that help create an attractive environment for all beneficiaries of the city’s offerings.
The diverse neighborhoods of Misk City, surrounding the core districts, complement the live-work-play environment of Mohammed Bin Salman Nonprofit City.
District 5 is a distinguished residential precinct in a prime location and one of Misk City’s 14 interconnected districts. It is a unique low-density residential neighborhood spanning 300,000 square meters on the eastern side of Misk City. The district comprises 480 high-end villas, twin homes, townhouses, and eight community facilities.
District 5 rises above Misk City’s lower Wadi landscaped sports and recreational parklands and enjoys unobstructed views of Wadi Hanifah and the Riyadh skyline.
Built around the brief
Each ECEC engagement is shaped by the constraints, programme, and ambition of the project itself. From early-stage MEP coordination through to delivery, our work prioritises engineering decisions that serve the design intent and the operator's long-term needs.
