RAK HOTEL APARTMENT
A landmark mixed-use hospitality and residential development located within RAK Central, a master-planned destination by Marjan. The project comprises four strategically positioned plots designated under Residential and Residential & Retail land use, enabling a fully integrated, hospitality-driven urban offering. The development envisions mid-luxury serviced apartment towers complemented by curated retail, wellness, and lifestyle amenities, alongside premium residential components designed to deliver elevated living standards in alignment with Marjan’s development framework.
The development includes hospitality towers comprising two basements, a ground floor, two podium levels, and 34 floors, designed as serviced hotel apartments with integrated retail, wellness, and lifestyle facilities. In addition, residential plots offer approximately 55,572 m² of allowable GFA for high-end living integrated with the retail and public realm. Our scope covers structural, civil, roads and infrastructure, MEPF, gas, stormwater, ELV, and BMS systems, as well as specialist services including wind tunnel analysis, third-party design review, BMU, irrigation, aeronautical and emergency lighting surveys, and the design of pools and water features.
