SEE Institute
The SEE Institute is a Net Zero Carbon building with a BUA of 5,000 m², located in Dubai, UAE. As the sustainability research, development, and professional training arm of Diamond Developers, the project is designed to offset all its embodied carbon emissions from construction and interiors prior to operations, based on a credible offset scheme.
The building incorporates innovative building design and construction practices that prioritize environmental sustainability and reduce carbon emissions.
ECEC was engaged to provide MEP supervision and ICT design services for this cutting-edge project. We were honored to be part of the implementation of advanced technologies and methodologies that contribute to the sustainable development of the built environment.
Built around the brief
Each ECEC engagement is shaped by the constraints, programme, and ambition of the project itself. From early-stage MEP coordination through to delivery, our work prioritises engineering decisions that serve the design intent and the operator's long-term needs.
