Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Centre for Marine Research Phase-02
The 5,500 m² Complex Building includes an exhibition aquarium, conference halls, laboratories, a restaurant, accommodation, and offices. Our team provided full MEP and ICT design services, optimising systems for efficiency.
The 7,500 m² Hatchery Complex, designed for aquatic cultivation, features nursery areas, larval tanks, and broodstock tanks. We delivered MEP and ICT designs with a strong focus on sustainability. The 3,000 m² Office Building incorporates advanced technologies to support energy efficiency and modern workspace requirements.
Working closely with the client, we tailored solutions across all three facilities, delivering state-of-the-art developments that excel in functionality, sustainability, and innovation.
Built around the brief
Each ECEC engagement is shaped by the constraints, programme, and ambition of the project itself. From early-stage MEP coordination through to delivery, our work prioritises engineering decisions that serve the design intent and the operator's long-term needs.
