Sherena Tower at IMPZ
The project involves converting an existing partially constructed tower, originally designed as a hotel, into a residential building. As the structure is already partially completed, the proposed approach focuses on carrying out comprehensive site inspections to assess the current condition of the structural and MEP systems. Based on these assessments, the design will seek to retain and integrate existing elements where technically feasible, while undertaking full structural and MEP re-engineering to meet residential requirements.
The development will be reconfigured to include a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and alignment with the updated functional and operational requirements of a residential asset.
Built around the brief
Each ECEC engagement is shaped by the constraints, programme, and ambition of the project itself. From early-stage MEP coordination through to delivery, our work prioritises engineering decisions that serve the design intent and the operator's long-term needs.
