SSR Branded

The Branded Villas project forms part of a larger development comprising 25 exclusive, high-end residences within a luxury hospitality resort at AMAALA. Each villa is designed to embody refined living, wellness integration, and seamless indoor–outdoor spatial flow, in alignment with international branded residence standards.

As part of the architectural team, we delivered the complete fit-out scope for one sample villa, developed entirely in BIM at LOD 400. This included full interior detailing, joinery coordination, ceiling layouts, and built-in elements across all villa spaces. The scope also encompassed the development of a comprehensive BIM model at LOD 400 for all 25 villas, along with shop drawings and fit-out detailing across all zones, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and the master suite; living, dining, and kitchen areas (main and back-of-house); as well as wellness rooms, game rooms, studies, and courtyards. Additional works included ceilings, cladding, niches, and custom joinery, with full interdisciplinary coordination with structural and MEP models. All detailing was executed in accordance with branded residence standards and luxury hospitality fit-out requirements.
