The W Motors Factory is a cutting-edge facility designed for the production of advanced vehicles. Spanning a large area, it features production lines, assembly areas, testing and quality control facilities, as well as office and administrative spaces. Our team delivered complete MEP and ICT design services, optimising every aspect of the facility for peak performance and functionality.

Key features include advanced HVAC and MEP systems for efficient, sustainable heating, cooling, and ventilation, along with state-of-the-art lighting, security, and communication systems to ensure safety and productivity. The factory also prioritises employee well-being, offering amenities such as break rooms, dining areas, and common spaces designed to enhance comfort and create a positive working environment.
